Exchanges and Returns

Requirements
Products to be returned or exchanged must be intact, unused, and complete with original packaging (if present) and tag/label.
Before sending items back, the customer must ensure they are exactly as received.
The return request and the return shipment must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Procedure
Customers can request an exchange or return by emailing mail@fratelliposti.com
The message must include:
- the order number
- the email address used when placing the order
- the address where the courier should collect the parcel
- a telephone number
- in case of exchange, the replacement product requested

Fratelli Posti will check the request, arrange the parcel pickup, and send the customer the shipping label via email. The customer must print the label and provide it to the courier along with the parcel. Nothing else needs to be written on the package.

If the customer prefers to send the parcel independently, it can be shipped to the following address:

Credit/refund amount
All returned products that meet the requirements will be refunded 100% of their cost.
For returns managed by Fratelli Posti, the refund is issued net of shipping costs (14.90 € for all of Europe).
In case of exchange, Fratelli Posti will ship the replacement product indicated by the customer. The total shipping cost charged to the customer for exchanges within Europe is 14.90 €.

All customers outside of Europe who wish to return a product must arrange the return shipment themselves.
