Returns

Requirements
Goods to be returned must be new, unused and unworn. They must be in their original box and with tag, if provided.
Before to send the items back, we strongly suggest to verify that they are as descibed above, to avoid any kind of issue.
Return requests must be sent by e-mail to mail@fratelliposti.com within 14 days from the delivery.

Procedure
The customer can ask for a return by e-mail to mail@fratelliposti.com
Please include in your request:

• name and order number
• address
• phone number
• in case of replacement, please also the choosen item, so that we can reserve it

Fratelli Posti will verify the information, and will send the label for the return. The label must be printed and put on the package.
Shipping is charged to the customer. Prices are equal to the outward shipment.

Refund amount
Items that are compliant with the return requirements described above will be refunded at 100%.
In case of replacement, Fratelli Posti will ship the new item instead of refund.
Shipment costs are in any case excluded.
