Shipping

Fratelli Posti offers express shipping for all orders.
Shipping costs are €4.90 within the EU, €9.90 to the US and Canada, while for other served countries worldwide the shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Delivery time is usually 2-3 business days. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM are generally shipped the same day and delivered the next business day in most cases.

Delivery address
During checkout, you can optionally specify a delivery address different from the billing address-for example, your workplace.

Important information
All orders are trackable via the link sent with the shipping notification.
Delivery times are indicative. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible; however, once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, we have no direct control over it and cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure, strikes, or logistical overload at the sorting center or local depot.

Insurance
Fratelli Posti insures every purchase during transit, until the moment of delivery.
Once the courier delivers the parcel, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. If you provided a different delivery address or authorized another person to accept the parcel, the signature of that third party will be considered valid proof of delivery, releasing Fratelli Posti from any further responsibility.
